Whether you're visiting for the very first time or you're dropping in for your daily fix of caffeine, either way, the team at Milo & Maisie will always greet you with a friendly smile and a welcoming vibe. The husband & wife team, Jen & Stu Findlay, opened Milo & Maisie Coffee Co on Kennedy Tce Paddington in August last year. And they have been a hot favourite with the locals & surrounding visitors ever since. When Jen approached us at PJ&S about stocking our products in their cafe, we knew it'd be the perfect fit. And we are excited to feature them in this edition of our Stockists Spotlight.
Meet Jen, Maisie & Stu
We’re passionate about good coffee and food and our vision was to source and serve local products, where we could. Stu leads the charge in the shop and you’ll mostly find him behind the coffee machine or whipping up one of our renowned ham & cheese toasties. Jen is mostly behind the scenes working on menu items and marketing. We now have a close-knit team of four plus us who serve up coffee and food and good vibes daily too!

Why Did You Choose To Stock PJ&S Products?
We were on the lookout for delicious, quality local ingredients we could hero in our simple menu and pop on our retail shelf. At our request, Amy popped round just as we opened and dropped off some samples. When we tried the Strawberry & Prosecco Jam, we ended up polishing off about 3 slices of bread each - it was so moreish! So it was a no-brainer for us to weave in PJ&S into our offering.
What's your most popular selling PJ&S product?
Our ham & cheese toasties have a bit of a loyal following. They have a scoop of Caramelised Onion Jam in them, which people just love. So, often people will enjoy a toastie and then grab a jar for home. The Red Hot Chilli Jam also seems to go from the shelf first! People love the story, created locally, plus they’re delicious - what’s not to love?
What makes your store so wonderful and why should people come and visit you?
We pride ourselves on serving impeccable coffee and fresh and tasty house-made food. We’re sure to support other local businesses and residents where we can, stocking their wares, and championing their causes. Creating a warm and inviting space where people can come and relax with their tribe is imperative to us and when you come and visit we hope you’ll find it so!
