Recipe : BLACKBERRY PAVLOVA COCKTAIL

Featuring Our BLACKBERRY & ROSELLA JAM


As soon as we saw the Seasonal Release of Pavlova Baileys, we knew straight away that it’d pair brilliantly with our BlackBerry & Rosella Jam. And snaps, we were 💯 correct. Such a delicious & impressive way to enjoy a cocktail.


BLACKBERRY PAVLOVA COCKTAIL


Ingredients

  • 2 Shot Baileys Pavlova

  • 1 Shot Vodka

  • 2 Shots Milk

  • 2 Shots Blackberry & Rosella Jam

  • Meringue to serve


Instructions

  • Shake in a cocktail shaker together with crushed ice.

  • Smear a generous serving of our jam around the inside edge of your martini glass, top up glass and decorate with some smashed meringue.

  • We picked up our mini meringues from our favourite local patisserie but you can always buy yours from the local grocery store, or better yet make them yourself if you're that way inclined.
